8. Vino imported into GNOME CVS

Mark McLoughlin recently imported a project he's been working on called Vino. Vino adds remote desktop functionality using the RFB protocol commonly used as VNC. 10. Major Changes to Jhbuild

James Henstridge, author of jhbuild, has checked in a lot of new features into jhbuild. Jhbuild now has a GUI that you can launch. Unattended building with a HTML page giving a summary of how to build went, a build environment sanity check, and some modifications so that you can load module information through the web. Building Gnome2 from CVS will be a whole lot easier now. Additionally, these changes paves the way to daily snapshots of Gnome to share.

jhbuild is a build system written in python similar to other build systems like CVSGnome

11. Solutions Linux Gnome Exhibit in Paris Redux

Pictures and also a short blurb on how the Solutions Linux GNOME booth went. It looked like a lot of excitement and fun during the conference explaining Gnome to the French corporate world. Thanks again to all who spent time and energy in making the booth a success. Gael Chamoulaud (strider) has written GNOME Marketing brochure written in French that was given out at the booth.
