Tasks
We are currently looking for volunteers to work on the following projects.
High Priority Docs:
- Update the GDP Handbook to reflect the changes made for GNOME 2.0.
- gnome-games games which lack docs (see the
DocTable, but be sure to send email to the docs list
before starting to make sure someone isn't already working on it)
General:
- Create a DocBook document describing the
GNOME architecture. We should start with the
architecture
section of the developer web pages and convert it
to XML. We then need to make sure the content is
up-to-date and post it in printable and downloadable
formats.
- Package developer documents for distribution (tgz/RPM/deb)
- Help with web pages
- Doc editing
- Doc indexing
Developers:
- Fix bugs in libgnome: 73957, 71027
- Fix Scrollkeeper bugs on the Scrollkeeper bug list.
- Fix broken Scrollkeeper stuff in the TODO list in CVS on sourceforge.
- Add an enchancement to Scrollkeeper from the TODO list in CVS on sourceforge.
- Write API docs
- Write/maintain developer white papers/tutorials
